All the rooms are basic but comfortable with all the facilities that you would expect from a 2 star hotel. All rooms are en suite with remote controlled colour TV with tea & coffee making facilities. A good standard of house keeping is throughout the hotel.
The dining room is medium in size and traditional in design. A home cooked English Breakfast is served and Table D'hotel dinner in the evenings. Snacks are available throughout the day in the hotel bar. The hotel is housed in a medium sized traditional building off the main road, with complimentary car parking for residents. The hotel has a small reception area leading onto the hotel main residents bar.
This hotel is small with a friendly atmosphere throughout. The bedrooms are quite old but in decent condition. There is no lift in this hotel. A new bar was opened this year and this attracts a good local mix with live bands playing regularly. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is an ideal venue for a short break.
