The hotel is situated a mere one and a half miles from Manchester City Centre to which Trafford Bar Metrolink Station (100 yards distant) offers regular speedy access to the city centre. It is only a few minutes walk to Old Trafford Football Ground and Cricket Ground.
All 31 rooms are ensuite with coffee/ tea maker, trousers press, iron and ironing board, hair dryer & satellite T.V. All rooms are in good condition, a little dated, but very comfortable. A good traditional breakfast is served in the dining room. The evening meals are more like good pub grub than a la carte. A very good selection of tasty meals available from 5 pm -10 pm.
The hotel is a medium sized white building with complimentary car park around the hotel. The hotel has a small reception after the entrance. This is a good superior tourist class hotel offering excellent value for money. Great location with excellent local transport links to the city. Please note this hotel is now an entirely smoke free environment.
