The hotel is located in the heart of the city at the Central train station, close to the main shopping streets. There could not be a more central hotel!
All rooms are en-suite and have recently been refurbished. All have interactive TV, hair-dryer, trouser press, iron/ ironing board and tea/ coffee making facilities as standard. Rooms are very large in size with extremely high ceilings, giving a spacious and airy feel. Rooms are modern in design with neutral colours. Light snacks are served in the lounge area, whilst the restaurant offers carvery, table d'hote and a la carte menus. There is also a new modern bar on the first floor, which becomes popular at weekends.
The hotel is housed in a grand Victorian building, it is one of Glasgow's oldest and original hotels. The lobby is very large and opens onto the street. There is also access from the train station. The lobby has also recently been renovated and now has an elegant marble floor.
Located in the city centre and convenient for all attractions and shopping. Ideal for those arriving by rail into Central station. The hotel also has a fully equipped leisure centre with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Now that the hotel has been renovated, it offers fantastic value for money.
