This hotel is situated in the heart of the city of Edinburgh on Fredericks Street, just a minute's walk from Princes Street and all other main city sights. An excellent central location. The rooms all vary in size and are decorated in a very traditional style. The bathrooms are light and modern. The rooms are in a good condition and a few on the higher floors have a view to the Firth of Forth.
The hotel does not have a restaurant at all. Breakfast is served in an excellent new cafe which is situated opposite the hotel. The hotel is a traditional Georgian terrace building, which has been converted into a hotel. The lobby is long and narrow, leading into a small lounge which has two sofas.
A very popular hotel with an excellent location. This is a small family run style hotel with a traditional feel.
