This lodge house is over 100 years old, yet is equipped with many modern facilities; tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television; all rooms are ensuite. The rooms are basic but clean in decor in keeping with the rest of the property There is just a small breakfast room located on the ground floor. This is a traditional building standing back from the road. The lobby is small in size, with a small reception area.
This is a pleasant family run hotel. It is basic with regard to its furnishing and decor but good value and away from the hustle and bustle of central Edinburgh.
