The hotel is situated in the heart of Cardiff city centre. Both main railway stations; Central and Quenn Street are within walking distance.
The rooms are medium in size and tastefully decorated in pastel colours. They are fully equipped, including two telephones, a large television with satellite, mini bar, trouser press, hair dryer and hospitality tray. The restaurant is just off the lobby area and is traditionally styled.

The hotel has a very large, unusual lobby, resembling a town square, and has some bedrooms looking down onto it.
