Overview
3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Historical Hotel

The hotel is located on Hagley Road, along with many other hotel's in Birmingham, only a short bus/ car ride into the City Centre. From M6 take exit 6 and go towards central Birmingham. Whilst on the A38 (M) turn off at the sign indicating the Ring Road. Go anti-clockwise towards Kidderminster. Continue for 4 miles until you come across the Five Ways Roundabout, turn right and travel along the Hagley Road for 1 mile and the hotel is on the right.

There are 163 en-suite bedrooms, all with colour TV & Satellite Channels. All rooms also have hospitality tray's, hair dryers, Direct Dial Telephone, Radio Clock. There are also 30 disabled rooms located on the ground floor. All rooms are fairly old fashioned but clean and have all the necessities.

The restaurant is medium sized with large windows. The food served is traditional British with a little French. A good valued wine list is also available to compliment the meal. The restaurant serves tasty food and is of good value.

The hotel is housed in a large red brick building just off the main street. A bus stop located one minute walk away. The hotel has a medium sized lobby with seating surrounding it. Light snacks are served here throughout the day.

This hotel is of average standard - a little old fashioned but offering great service and value for money. They have a lot of regular guests who keep coming back for the service provided. The hotel also has large gardens that you may sit out and have some snacks during the summer months, weather permitting. A large free car park available. Also Business and Conference facilities available.
