The hotel is situated in the heart of the city centre, a few minutes from the Cathedral and Pump Rooms.
All of the bedrooms have bath and shower and full facilities. They are all either double or single rooms. The rooms are small in size, a little old fashioned but are in a good condition. The restaurant is moderate in size, the restaurant serves a plated English or continental breakfast. The decor is again quite modern and very attractive.
The building dates from 1726 and is very traditional from the exterior. When the hotel was renovated in 1990 the exterior was sandblasted and restored to its original glory. The reception area is small and intimate. The interior of the hotel is very modern. It is decorated in soothing pastel shades and dark woods.
